CMS successfully negotiated with council and the design team to engineer an alternative solution for sprinklers and stair pressurisation via fire rated spandrels, refurbished balconies, hydrants and fire rated compartmentation within the lobbies. This resulted in a very cost effective and stylish result for the Owners Corporation.
Twelve storey, 36 Apartment Building
The building required new fire services installation as ordered by council. The existing structure restricted the engineering of solutions and council approvals had to be considered and developed.
