CMS managed the fire upgrade with minimal disruption to residents and in keeping with the heritage façade. We actively communicated with council on modifications including any possible alternatives, submitted a DA, tendered contractors/consultants, prepared cost plans, completed all rectification works, and administered final certification and submission to council. CMS completed the fire upgrade with a harmonious and elegant finish for the client.

Fire Damper Upgrade
This precinct includes a four storey building with a heritage façade beside a modern ten storey building, compromised of 136 residential apartments and ground floor retail. The precinct required a fire upgrade, including a complete fire damper upgrade to all apartments, retail and common areas.
